Perad is also known as “Guava Cheese” which is our famous traditional Goan sweet which is mainly prepared during Christmas. This recipe is not too sweet, I’ve minimised the quantity of sugar but it didn’t affect the taste of it & its outcome has come perfect. 👌🏻 👌🏻
