My sister in law wanted me to make a video on how to make hot pepper jelly. I have been canning for a while, but this is my first attempt at jelly of any kind, but it did come out pretty good, if I do say so myself.
This jalapeño jelly recipe doesn't make a lot of jelly, especially when you consider how much sugar it took to make it, but It tastes pretty darn good with cream cheese and club crackers.
