How To Make Poor Mans Soup

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound of ground beef
6 cups chicken broth
1 cup tomato sauce
1 small finely diced onion
1 finely diced carrot
2 finely diced celery stalks
3/4 cup diced tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 bay leaves
salt to taste
cooked elbow macaroni

In a pan on med high heat add ground beef, cook and chop until no
longer pink.
Add onions, carrots, celery, pinch of salt/black pepper.
Cook and stir 2-3 minutes.
Add minced garlic. Cook and stir one minute.
Add broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and spices.
Bring up to a simmer, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Add macaroni to soup and serve.
Enjoy.
