We are here with a Practical video on DGPS RTK. We have used DGPS of CHCNAV Model i50 which is fitted with RADIO system. Here we have shown BASE and ROVER setup and how to Collect topography data by DGPS RTK method, how to Import points, Export points, Stakeout, BASE Shift etc. Video Location: India, Tawang. Watch this video full for better knowledge in DGPS RTK. In this description I will tell what is in this video step by step:

1) Setting up BASE and ROVER.
Centering and Levelling done with TRIPOID for BASE Station. Setting up the ROVER along with RTK Pole. Now Powering on both BASE and ROVER.
Open LandStar app and create or open a Project. Then go to Configure and select CONNECT and Connect with BASE hotspot connection. Go to WORK MODE and setup WORKMODE like this and The same value must be same in ROVER workmode. In BASE, setup both RTK and STATIC settings and The longer you set the duration will get better accuracy. You can change the duration or antenna height also. Now accept and click YES. Now BASE setup is complete and the controller said to connect ROVER. Again go to CONNECT and connect ROVER hotspot. Now got Workmode and setup ROVER RTK settings. Keep the settings as same as BASE only change workmode to AUTO ROVER. There is no need to change Static settings in ROVER. Now click ACCEPT this mode. Now we will take a reading / topography data. Now go to SURVEY and then PT SURVEY. When it is showing 'FLOAT' then do not take Data. Give point name and CODE, then click the Green symbol.

2) Collection of Topo Data
We have taken sample Road topography data and some POINT data on unknown points.

3) Importing data & StakeOut!
How to import data points and stakeout them? I created a Project where I imported data. Choose coordinate system as per your data As per my data:  UTM 46 NORTH is the zone, Now ACCEPT. Now go to IMPORT option Create a CSV file like this order Name, lat, long, height. I prepared a CSV file like this in Notepad to import data. My lat long data is in Degree decimal format so I choose degree. Now go to the directory and import the CSV file. Go to POINTs and check the imported data. You can also view the MAP of imported points. Now we will go for the STAKEOUT option, go to  PT Stakeout and select desired point. In the next step I will show how to Stakeout PT on ground.

4) StakeOut at Site
Go to  PT Stakeout and select desired point form List. Now align the Controller until the arrow head touch the line. It will show a distance in that direction to reach. Follow the controller and stakeout the point. We have shown how to stake out Points.

5) BASE Shift and its requirement
If we setup base on a known point in two different days then the two base coordinates differ from each other for this reason we must do BASE SHIFT to a known BASE Point. Here we have taken base_4 as known point, We had four days data i.e. 4 base. We shifted all to Base_4.
We taken a same point on 3 diff days to cross check. Only small error found. All base was placed on same point so must be same coordinate.

6) Exporting Data in CSV/DWG/KML
I have shown how to export these points in different format. To export the data in CSV format go to EXPORT option. You can send this data by Bluetooth also. Now I will show how to export in DXF AutoCAD/KML or other format.
Go to REPORT option and select desired format like DXF or KML or SHP etc.
