Fixing Mazda MX-5 Sticky Seatbelts..

Does your MX-5 have slow retracting seatbelts? Stuck seatbelt re-tensioner? Here's two methods that you can do to try and improve the situation! If they work for you, let me know how you did it as the next step for me is to remove the whole mechanism and probably clean/replace it. Alternatively I could just buy harnesses and a new roll bar.. what do you think?
