Open Spaces - Stanton Lanier

Filmed in Atlanta, Georgia on top of Stone Mountain, "Open Spaces" is the title track to my 8th album (2013 Best Piano Album Nominee, ZMR). It is all about "exploring wide open spaces" in life, faith, love, grace, truth, forgiveness, generosity, music and more. This track features four acclaimed guest artists, including two Grammy winners (Eugene Friesen - Cello, and Jeff Haynes - Percussion) and the first chair French horn from the Boston Pops Symphony (Gus Sebring). The inspiration is from Psalm 119:41-48 (The Message) and the words "Let your love, God, shape my life...And I'll stride freely through wide open spaces as I look for your truth and your wisdom..."
