1 glass of warm water 200 ml.
1 glass of warm milk 200 ml.
1 tablespoon of sugar 20 grams.
1 tablespoon of dry yeast 10 grams.
Mix well.
1 teaspoon of salt 8 grams.
Add 2 tablespoons of melted butter to 30 grams.
Mix well.
5 cups flour 600 gr.
Mix well.
The dough should be homogeneous.
Olive oil.
Cover the dough and let it rise for 45 minutes.
See how our dough has risen.
Put the dough on the table.
Repeat after me.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Now divide each half of the dough into 8 parts.
Roll dough balls.
Do the same with the second half of the dough.
Place dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle the top of the bread with flour.
Cut slits in the bread with a knife.
Put butter in each cut.
I have 25g butter.
Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes.
