Creamy Greek Yogurt Pasta Recipe - Indian Style | Arizona Kitchen

        Today's recipe is unlike any other; rich, creamy, spicy, and comforting. It’s much like fettuccine Alfredo, only that this is brightened up with fresh lemon, a generous amount of mashed garlic and the very unique Indian Spice - Garam Masala. It’s also endlessly riffable; add chicken, shrimp or any veggies you have on hand. And, best of all, the spicy flavourful sauce comes together in practically no time at all, thanks to one unexpected ingredient.

      In this special Indian style Greek Yogurt pasta recipe, Greek Yogurt is used to form the base of a rich and velvety sauce. People often associate Greek Yogurt with breakfasts, but I often add them into my pasta or macaroni for a distinctive flavour. I couldn't believe how this  plain ingredient could lend a creamy texture and a bright, tangy flavor. It was definitely a show stopper here. Finish with some fresh parsley and VOILA. The ultimate fast and fancy pasta dinner!

      Now you don't have to think of ways to finish up that tub of yogurt in your fridge!
