Manjula जी का जन्म Uttarakhand के शहर Haldwani में हुआ। बचपन से ही इन्हें Spirituality में intrest था लेकिन College के समय में सांप्रदायिक दंगो को देखकर उनका Spirituality की तरफ रुझान और भी ज्यादा बढ़ गया। इन्होंने बहुत से गुरुओं को पढ़ा और उनसे बहुत कुछ सिखा है। इस Episode में उन्होंने Swami Dayanand Saraswati, Paramahansa Yogananda और Adi Guru Shankaracharya जैसे गुरुओं का ख़ास ज़िक्र किया है। इसके अलावा उन्होंने बताया कि जब भी उनकी Life में परेशानियां आती वो Meditation में कुछ देर बैठती और उन्हें अपने सभी प्रश्नों के उत्तर मिल जाते है। यहाँ उन्होंने अपनी Childhood Journey के साथ अपनी Married Life और Professional Life की Journey भी Share की है। अपनी Aatma Ki Yatra share करते हुए उन्होंने Meditation में हुए अनेकों Experience को Share किया है।
