In this video, I show how to convert from MBR to GPT on Windows 10! You won't lose ANY data and you don't have to reinstall! However it is always a good idea to have backups just in case!
Here are the commands I used (Be sure to run in CMD as admin):
mbr2gpt /validate /disk:0 /allowFullOS (If it gives no error, that means it can be converted and you can go to the next command).
mbr2gpt /convert /disk:0 /allowFullOS
