“EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES” a must have part of a student’s life, one of the major pillars of Sharda talk and with this we present 6th episode of SHARDA TALK featuring Bhavya Arora speaking on
“IMPORTANCE OF EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES IN STUDENT’S LIFE”.
“We all here have heard a very famous quote ALL WORK AND NO PLAY MAKES JACK A DULL BOY with these words I strongly believe that a student should not only excel in studies, but should also be
involved in extracurricular activities” Bhavya initiates her speech with these lines and continues to explain how extracurricular activities not only helps a student in getting rid of his fears but also helps in
the overall development of a student. Bhavya takes example of the TEDX Event which was organized in her campus and how because of the event she was able to interact with many people, got to know their
thoughts, explored new ideas which helped her in getting over her fears. Bhavya explains how studies are merely a small part of a student’s life and how activities apart from studies which may be singing, dancing, poetry etc are necessary for the overall personality development of a child. Bhavya beautifully concludes her speech by saying “Do your studies, but just don’t let your passion leave behind, life should be full of excitement, so don’t just live your life, ENJOY IT”……
Sharda talk a venture of Sharda Group of Institutions provides a platform to young enthusiasts, young talents and future leaders of the society to express their views, thoughts and mindset about the social issues which not only our society but the world is facing.
