Hi friends welcome to A to Z cooking. Today's recipe is on how to make Batata bhajiya and Kanda bhajiya. This is a Maharashtrian dish. This is also known as Potato fritters and Onion fritters. This crispy fritters are prepared mainly with potatoes, onions and gram flour (besan). It is a popular street food snacks in Maharashtra. There are many ways of preparing them. This recipe is quick and easy to make. Most Indians are fond of these snacks.  

To make Batata Bhajiya
: Ingredients
1. Potatoes
2. gram flour (besan)
3. Salt
4. turmeric powder
5. cumin powder
6. carom seeds (ajwain)
7. oil

To make Kanda Bhajiya
: Ingredients
1. onions
2.  turmeric powder
3. chilli powder
4. cumin powder
5. salt
6. gram flour (besan)
7. oil
