Now the 3rd iteration of the Marin Headlands 2. The same frame has been used on 3 generations now yet there is nothing at all dated about geometry or design - that is how ahead of the pack the Headlands was when it was first released in version 1.
A big upgrade on the 2024 over the 2023 is replacing the 1x11 Shimano GRX with its roughly 400% gear rang - now the gear range courtesy of the Sram Apex 1x12 drivetrain and 10/52 cassette is 520% gear range. That is virtually to an Apex 2x drivetrain's gear range.
Weight 22.5 lbs on a size 54
This is a full carbon gravel bike with 700x44c tires, 1x specific frame design, dropper seatpost, beautifully smooth and tough gravel bike.
