Very tasty baked mushrooms as an appetizer. Great idea for a mushroom snack for a party with friends. This recipe was shared with me by my aunt. Everyone in our family loves these mushrooms.
Ingredients for 1 recipe:
Mushrooms 6-8 pieces
Carrots 1 piece
Onion 1 pc.
Mayonnaise 40 g
Chili pepper 5 gr
Vegetable oil 20 ml
Cheese 30 gr
Ingredients for 2 recipes:
Potatoes 2 pieces
Egg 1 pc.
Salt, pepper to taste
Cheese 80 gr
Sour cream 40 gr
Mushrooms 3 pieces
Onion 1 pc.
Tomato 1 pc.
