- 5-6 liters of water;
- 1 level teaspoon of whole peppercorns;

- fresh parsley for garnish;
Semolina Dumpling Ingredients (10 servings):
- 2 eggs;
- 10 tablespoons of semolina;
- salt to taste;
After mixing, let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes.
