Amanda was a healthy, strong woman with an active family and an overloaded schedule. When she started feeling vague feelings of bloating and stomach discomfort, she saw her doctor. Treatment began and precious time went by but her symptoms did not improve because her diagnosis was incorrect. It was a terrible shock when she learned that she had colorectal cancer and the race was on to employ new technologies that are now at the forefront in both diagnosing and treating cancer.
