🔵 Pelvic Lateral Shift on your BABYGO® Birthing Ball 🔵

1. Resume seated ball position.
2. Place your hands on your hips.
3. Slide your hips to the right. The ball should slightly move to the right with you.
4. Reverse and slide to the left. Repeat.

💡 Improve flexibility, increase circulation and blood flow to your muscles.

*Suitable for warming up.
