28: Deshielding and shift in an NMR spectum

Atoms are "deshielded" by nearby electronegative atoms, which ultimately causes their NMR peaks to "shift" to different locations in the NMR spectrum.  This video explains how to predict the relative location of peaks in a molecule based on proximity to electronegative atoms.
