The best restaurant in Venice can be found on the Venetian Island of Burano. Here's your complete foodie guide to fine dining in Italy! Hands down, Al Gatto Nero was my favorite restaurant in Venice. At Al Gatto Nero, you get to have an authentic local dining experience in Burano-- one of the most colorful islands in Venice. Al Gatto Nero has a signature dish, "Risotto a la Buranella," when I tell you this is the most delicious risotto I have ever tried, I am not exaggerating!
