Nijo Market is a famous
Nijo Market is a famous fish market located in central Sapporo, Hokkaido Japan. This market has been here for 100 years. You can find many kinds of seafood from Red King Crab, Prawn, octopus, sea urchin, salmon eggs, and many more. Some stores are also restaurants so they can cook the seafood that you choose for you to eat there. The most famous seafood in Hokkaido is their Red King Crab so I tried to find it here. I found many stores provide them with high price. But In the corner of Nijo Market, I found one store that sell them a bit cheaper than other stores and the crab is really big.
The restaurant cooked this Red King Crab in two ways. They steamed half of the crab and the other half they left it cold. I love the cold one more as I can taste the crab meat more sweeter than the steamed one. I found lots of plump meat inside the Red King Crab legs. It was really a Big Japanese Food!
