Hello Everyone.
In this video I am going to prepare Datshi Recipe with Potatoes and Beans.Cheese being the Main Ingredient .
Datshi is popular dish of Bhutan and can be taken with Rice or Roti as per your preferences .
Ingredients used
1. 2 medium size Potatoes
2. 50g of French beans
3. 10 pcs of long green chilies (You can use as per your preferences)
4. 50g of Spring Onions
5. 1 piece of Tomatoes
6. 1 piece of Onion
7. 5 pieces of Garlic
8. 1 Table spoon of salt
9. 3 tablespoon of oil
10. 300ml of water
11. 4 cubes of Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
How to make DATSHI (Procedure )
1.Take a pan
2. Add sliced tomotoes , sliced onions , chopped garlics , potatoes cut into round shape, french beans , long chillies (you can put as per your choice ), chopped spring onions , salt followed by water at the end .
3. Cover the lid and boil/cook for 15 mins at medium flame or until when all the veggies are properly cooked .
4. Once the veggies are nicley cooked , add Cheddar cheese(you can grate the cheese to melt nicely ) on top and cover the lid and cook for 5 mins at low flame .
5. Once the cheese is fully melted , mix all together and serve .
