Today we show you how to make delicious, soft homemade Cream Cheese using a super-simple method and only 3 ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen!

Ingredients
- Milk 1 Lt. (preferably full fat, not low fat)
- One Lemon  (40 ml.)
- Salt to taste

*You get 200gr / 250gr of cream cheese. It all depends on how much whey is added.
