Sütlü Nuriye is considered one of the lighter types of Turkish baklava (baklava), due to the use of milk syrup in its preparation, instead of the usual sherbet (şerbet) for baklava. In this video, I show how to cook and tell the main features of cooking Turkish milk baklava Sütlu Nurie. And also at the end of the video you will find a short story about why in Turkey this type of baklava is called İhtilal Baklavası, i.e. "revolutionary baklava" ...

Ingredients : (25 pieces)
1. Yufka for baklava (Baklavalık Yufka) - 1 pack 800g
2.Draining oil-250g
3. Vegetable oil-70g
4. Hazelnut-2 tbsp.


For syrup:
1. Milk-2 tbsp.
2. Sugar-2 tbsp.
3. Water-1 tbsp.


For decoration:
1. Coconut
2. Chopped nuts
(I used pistachios)
