•For the Egg Yolk Batter•
4 large EGG YOLKS
2 tsps MANGO FLAVORADE
3 tbsps WHITE SUGAR, granulated
3 tbsps VEGETABLE OIL
3 tbsps MILK
¾ cup CAKE FLOUR
1 tsp BAKING POWDER
pinch of SALT

•For the Meringue•
4 large EGG WHITES
½ tsp CREAM OF TARTAR
½ cup WHITE SUGAR, granulated

•For the Frosting•
1 ½ cup WHIP CREAM, cold
½ tsp VANILLA EXTRACT, cold
1 ¼ cup POWDERED SUGAR, sifted

•For the Filling & Toppings•
1 small RIPE MANGO, mashed
1 medium RIPE MANGO, cubed
