Wine kebab recipe with beef
Wine kebab recipe with beef and rice garnish.
🍁Necessary products:
750 g. Veal from shol
1 onion
60 ml. oil
200 ml. Red wine
1 tbsp. tomato paste diluted with a little water
5 grains of pepper
2 bay leaves
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt (I use seasoned salt)
1 tsp sweet red pepper
1 tsp hot red pepper
200 ml. water (you can add if it springs before the meat is cooked)
White rice for garnish
Parsley for sprinkling
