500 grams mutton
Salt
1 tbsp ginger garlic fennel paste
1/4 cup curd
1/4 ts lemon juice
1 tsp coriander powder
2 bay leaf
2 stick cinnamon
2 cardamom
5 cloves
1 small piece of mace
1 small leaf of star anise
1 tsp pepper cumin powder
1 cup basmati rice
2 medium onions
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4 green chilli
1 tbsp curd
1 tomato
Coriander leaves few
mint leaves few
