Ep. 7 THE CONNECTING MOSAIC PROJECT, three mosaic houses, deck garden, new mosaic stepping stone!

Ep. 7 The Connecting Project, finishing 3 houses, a special gift, my deck garden, and starting a new stepping stone.
This week I figure out what special touch three small house mosaics need. Then I seal the butterfly mosaic stepping stone so it is ready for outside. After finding the right place in my garden, the three little houses are grouted and ready to be set in a bookcase.
I take you on a tour of my deck garden to see my June blooms.
Then I work on a virtual COVID community mosaic -The Connecting Project with ceramic pieces, shells & various pearl beads with a custom colored thinset. My little square is entitled "When We're Apart." I finish it up with mother of pearl chips embedded in thinset.

BONUS: A seahorse hostess gift for the beach is wrapped up!
I also made a decent start on the skink stepping stone.
