What’s up my piano friends!! Today’s video we’re going to go over a simple 4 step process that transforms “Sloppy Choppy” playing into fast, smooth, beautiful tone on piano.
It’s called the Steam Iron Method because, just like you use a steam iron to smooth out bumps and wrinkles in your clothes, the Steam Iron Method smooths out bumps and wrinkles in your piano playing. It’ll also help eliminate tension and promote relaxation for higher speeds.
A TON of beginners struggle with sloppy, choppy playing, uneven tone, or feeling like their songs are “out of sync”. This method transforms this into that effortless playing, where as one student put it, “the piano feels like it just plays itself.”
