Shell Fuel Rewards App not working (even after updating and restarting phone)

#shell #gas #application #fuelrewards has not been working for several days where I had lost my additional discount. Emailed their support team but no word until 10 days later. There response was it's working now, lol after the expiration of the additional discount.
