Ankle CT: Triplane Distal Tibia Salter Harris IV Fracture

This was a 14 year old male who presented with ankle pain following an awkward kick while playing soccer. CT showed triplane Salter-Harris type IV fracture of the tibial plafond with associated ankle joint effusion and soft tissue swelling. Note the patient has already been splinted. He is going to follow up with a pediatric orthopedic surgeon.
