Ingredients
Cooking oil - 2 teaspoon
Jeera - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Chopped green chill - 1
Chopped onion - 1
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped tomato - 1
Boiled black chickpeas - 200 grams
Water - 300 ml
Cooking oil - 2 teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 10
Peanuts - 25 grams
Chopped onion - 1
Chopped green chilli - 1
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Poha - 100 grams (pre soaked)

Preparation
In a kadhai add cooking oil, jeera, ginger garlic paste and chopped green chilli. Sauté well. Add chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala. Mix well. Dd chopped tomato and cook for 1 minute. Add boiled black chickpeas and water. Mix well. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Mix well and keep aside.
In a kadhai add cooking oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves and peanuts. Sauté well. Add chopped onion and green chilli. Sauté well for 1-2 minutes. Add turmeric powder, salt and sugar. Mix well. Dd pre soaked poha and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a serving plate. Top it with the cooked tarri.
