Configure Network Adapter
-Right Click on Start - Type ncpa.cpl - Right click on your network adapter then select on properties - configure
-Wired Connection
Energy - efficient Ethernet - Disabled

Click on Fat Channel Intolerant - Disabled
Preferred Band Option (Most of the Modem/Router are 5GHz Capable)
Roaming Aggresiveness - You can set this depending on the range of the router.
Channel Width - Auto
Channel Width for 5GHz - Auto

DNS Settings
Open Command prompt and type ipconfig /fluhdns
Ipconfig /release
Ipconfig /renew
Netsh winsock reset

Set the DNS
Right Click on your network Adapter - then select ipv4 - DNS - You can set and use Cloudflare and Google DNS. For cloudflare its, 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
For Google DNS its 8.8.8.8 and the Alternate you can type 8.8.4.4

Windows Update Optimization
Right click on start - Settings - Windows Update - Advance Option - Delivery Optimization - Disable Allow Downloads
Limit the download and upload speed in the background by 5%
