Cook with 1/2 large onion

2 pasilla chilies
3-5 Guajillo chilies
2 cascabel chiles
Boil for 10-15mins medium heat
3 tablespoons of chicken bouillon
1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
3 garlic cloves
Add 3-4 cups of broth from meat and blend
