Making a DIY Master 178 / 175 / 176 Padlock Combination Reset Key

How to make a DIY combination reset key for a Master 178 padlock from an M1 master padlock key blank (uncut key). I believe this also works for Master 175 and 176 padlocks as the “official” reset key (which is apparently called the “K175 reset tool“) looks exactly the same.
