Growing Pains - Sonic 2 for the Game Gear

Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for Genesis is one of the all-time great platformers, but what about Sonic 2 for the Game Gear? It's a completely different experience, to say the least. Sega's second Sonic entry for its portable system is even more difficult than I remembered as a kid. And it's also... stranger. Developer Aspect's first Game Gear/Master System Sonic shows that there were some growing pains. Hey, at least Sky High Zone's music is a bop.
