Satire is not fake news, says Shanmugam

Law and Home Affairs Minister K Shanmugam has said satire is not fake news and does not fall under the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Act. He was addressing the recent uproar over the Media Literacy Council's infographic, which described satire as a form of fake news.
