A little update. How is my health at the moment? Yes, I do these intense cycling trips, but the fibromyalgia is still there. In this vlog I will explain a bit more about my way of dealing with this chronic illness. I also will show you around in cycling friendly The Netherlands, from my own area, the Krimpenerwaard, to the capital: Amsterdam. Everything is filmed with my new iPhone X.
