The Hangzhou Spark: More than an Anime Reference (SiR)

Going into season 2 of the OWL, expansion teams had two burning questions that they had to answer. The first one is obvious: How are you going to win?  The second question, however, is a lot more abstract: why should we care? After all, you’re a brand new team going into a league with 12 already established fanbases. How are you going to convince people to jump ship and root for your team instead? No expansion teams were as successful at doing this as the Hangzhou Spark. And that was just the beginning.
