Rosemary Hydromel Mead. How to make a wild fermentation mead without yeast. That's right, no yeast, no additives, just a pretty basic hydromel, or low alcohol mead. We used VERY organic rosemary since we grew it ourselves! Good honey, good adjuncts, and good water. That's it! Go ahead, make this mead! We will be carbonating this one too most likely, so stay tuned for Part 2!
