Dabi will fight Natsuo Todoroki!? That’s right! In My Hero Academia Chapter 228 of the manga, Dabi is set to square off against an ice quirk member of the Liberation Army. But if you are down with the theory that Dabi is actually Touya Todoroki, and have been following Horikoshi’s structure for this arc, you already know that the blue flamed League of Villains member could be recounting his past very soon.
