I'm continuing my story of
I'm continuing my story of living with chronic illness and my Hashimoto's disease diagnosis. I expand a little more on how this autoimmune disease diagnosis has impacted my health and my life. I also talk about some of the Hashimoto's symptoms I've had as a result of a slow thryoid / hypothyroidism, including chronic pain and chronic fatigue. Because of the thyroid problems, I'm also dealing with a hormonal imbalance and some adrenal fatigue / cortisol problems.
If you're living with hypothyroidism but have never been tested for the thyroid antibodies that signal Hashimoto's thyroiditis, I encourage you to ask for proper testing. Much love to everyone out there living with an invisible illness. ❤
