Making a Jelly Mousse

It's been years and years since I last made a jelly mousse, so today I thought I'd give it a go and see if it's as nice as I remember it being.

Ingredients:
1 pkt of jelly.
1 large tin of evaporated milk.

Method:
Melt the jelly in one quarter of hot water.
Once melted add the tin of evaporated milk, making it up to a pint.
Whisk together.
Pour into a bowl and put into the refrigerator to set.
