Here is recipe for 3 types of cake premix totally eggless and its easy to make soft n spongy cake, the premix have 6 months of self-life. So whenever you want to eat a cake, just mix it with very few ingredients and bake a delicious cake of your choice - vanilla/chocoloate/redvelvet. Even kids can now make a perfect cake sponge.
Cake flour
For 3 type of premix
Maida -3 cup maida
Cornstarch - 3 tsp
VANILLA PREMIX measurement in grams
1 cup cake flour (120 gm approx)
1/2 cup powder sugar ( 60 gm approx)
1/4 cup milk powder (30 gm approx)
1 tsp b.powder
1/2 tsp b.soda.
1/8 tsp citric acid
1/4 tsp vanilla flavour
CHOCOLATE PREMIX
measurement in grams
1 cup cake flour(120gm)
1/2 cup powder sugar(60gm)
2 tbsp cocoa powder(15gm)
1/4 cup milk powder(30gm)
1tsp b.powder
1/2 tsp b.soda
1/8 tsp citric
REDVELVET

MEASUREMENTS
1 Cake flour
1/2, cup powder sugar
1/4 cup milk powder
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp b.powder
1/2 tsp b.soda
1/8 tsp citric acid
2 drops red gel color
