Labour takes the first step towards bringing Britain back under the control of the European Union

Signing up to the Common European Asylum Policy would mean that EU bureaucrats would  be given the power to send asylum-seekers to this country from Italy. This is the thin end of an exceedingly unpalatable wedge, with the ultimate aim of taking this country back into Europe.
