Amala Akkineni is an Indian
Amala Akkineni is an Indian actor, Bharatanatyam dancer, animal welfare activist and co-founder of Blue Cross Hyderabad, sustainable living promoter and the director of Annapurna College of Film and Media. She appeared as the female lead actor across Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada film industries from 1986 to 1993. She made a comeback to acting with Life Is Beautiful (2012), in supporting roles. Some of her popular films include Siva (1989), Pushpaka Vimana (1987), Vedham Pudhithu (1987), Life Is Beautiful (2012) and Oke Oka Jeevitham (2022).
