Steps for using 3D Mockup on Photopea:
Open Photopea - Click on 'Open From Computer'
Find your PSD from where you've saved the unzipped file
Click on Layer to double click on Logo and hide text
Click on Layer again to view the blank page
Click on File
Click on Open & Place
Find your Transparent logo from your computer
Once placed, drag the logo on top of the page, cover the whole page with your Transparent logo
Click on File select Save (Smart Object) wait few moments
Click on 3d glass X or the mockup you're using
The 3D logo will appear you can then export it as a JPG or PNG
