This walkthrough shows how to pass Inside Out Thought Bubbles Level 123 with only 40 balls (previously there were 55 balls available). There are written in-video tips throughout gameplay. My strategy for level 123: Use the balls sparingly, charging Sadness as you go. When she is charged, use her special ball to remove a row of frozen balls. She can be charged at least twice.
