The Intel i9-9900K claims to be the best gaming CPU, but we also need to look at its value proposition vs. the 2700X, 8700K, and older CPUs (like the 4790K). We also benchmarked the 9900K in game streaming (multitasking) vs. the 2700X, looking at OBS performance for the best CPUs for streaming.
