Fishballs masarap na pang snacks at pang ulam, siguradong magugustuhan ng buong pamilya..super easy 👍try it!
Ingredients
1/4 cup fish, chopped finely
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp ginger, grated
1/2 tbsp onion, grated,
Use half of the amount if using powder
1/4 cup carrot
2 tsp baking powder
1-2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp seasoning
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup water, add more if needed
Oil for deep frying
Enjoy!
