In this video, I’m showing you how I use Microsoft Planner to plan and track my social media posts. This is a great way to plan and track content, and even collaborate with a VA or team member!
Microsoft Planner is an excellent way to create individual posts, with an image and caption, that you can assign to a person, set a due date for, and even add a checklist of the steps you need for the post.
I share how my VA, Gemma, and I work to plan a week of social media posts across two different platforms, in a way that removes the need for back and forth emails and attachments.
Planner’s phone app is also a great way to quickly and easily copy the notes from a task so that I can add a hashtag set to a post, reel or live that I do from my phone, no matter where I am!
